The bedroom was clean and spacious and the breakfast was good
The restaurant was closed on our arrival. Having driven up from Italy, the last thing we could have done with was to search for a place to eat. The bedroom lacked a refridgerator, safe and waste paper bin. The bathroom did not have a hairdryer.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. We enjoyed the hiking trails nearby and the local restaurants were charming and delicious.
The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our needs. Our requests for extra towels and pillows were ignored, and the breakfast options were limited and disappointing.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in Black Forest. The snow-covered landscape was beautiful and the amenities offered by the hotel made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits, bread and pastries. The location was great as it was close to many tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated the warm and cozy ambiance of the hotel lobby, perfect for snuggling up with a book or playing games with the family.
There were a few negatives. The heating system in the rooms was not very effective, and we had to ask for extra blankets to stay warm at night.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area near the Black Forest, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by everything this hotel had to offer. the spacious two-bedroom apartment we had was clean, bright, and provided ample space for our family. The attention to detail was impressive, with proper tablecloths, napkins, and even glassware for the little ones. The cozy and warm atmosphere both inside and outside the hotel made us feel right at home. The staff, including the friendly manager and owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also perfect, allowing us easy access to explore the Black Forest and nearby Switzerland areas. Plus, the complimentary public transport pass was a fantastic bonus, making it even more convenient for us to explore the local attractions.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.
